Program Dashboard

One System. Every Trip.

Most outdoor programs run on a web of spreadsheets, forms, handwritten notes, and siloed knowledge. Field Risk OS integrates those pieces into one connected platform.

  • Trip Planning
  • Season Scheduling
  • Briefings & Debriefs
  • Incident & Near Miss Reporting
  • Comms Logging
  • Active Incident Documentation
  • People & Certifications
  • Program Analytics
  • Land Use Reporting

Field Risk OS Customer

“The more I explore Field Risk OS, the more excited I am about what it means for TVRC: streamlining our operations and helping us hold on to the institutional knowledge we’ve built on these trips year after year. Building our trips, briefing our staff, and having the reporting and dashboards to back it up, all in one system, is incredible.”

Haley Preston, TVRC Education Foundation

Your Platform

Built for summer camps, outdoor education organizations, university outdoor programs, guide services, and other organizations running multi-day wilderness expeditions.

From Planning to Debrief

Trip templates and scheduling, route planning, staffing, hazard documentation, briefings and debriefs, communication logs, incident reporting, and land use reporting. An integrated system for every trip your program runs.

Documentation as Part of the Workflow

From briefings, pre-departure checklists, communication logs, and incident reports to follow-ups, staffing, and certification management, documentation is created as part of your workflow, not as an extra step.

Incident Reporting

Incident reports and near misses can be filed efficiently from a phone or computer, each linked to the trip and people involved. Lessons from reviews can be added to trip templates for future briefings and feed robust, safety-science-informed incident analytics.

People and Certifications

Because Field Risk OS is an integrated system, your people library is a powerful tool. People, along with their certifications, allergies, dietary restrictions, and trip histories, are directly connected to their trips, incidents, and more.

Hi, I’m George.

George Bull

Founder

Field Risk Systems™ LLC

Before building Field Risk OS, I supported research teams in Antarctica, managed a summer camp backcountry trips program in Wyoming, and guided commercial expeditions in Alaska. Field Risk OS is built from the ground up for expedition programs, using my own experience, industry research, and conversations with dozens of program leaders, safety experts, and systems thinkers. It’s the tool I always wished I had.

Run Your Next Season on Field Risk OS

I spent years leading trips and programs on a patchwork of spreadsheets, paper forms, email attachments, and siloed institutional knowledge. If this sounds familiar, let’s see if Field Risk OS could be a good fit for your program.
